Tectura typically hires across two broad areas: consulting and implementation (including business analysts, functional consultants for Dynamics 365 and SAP, project managers, and solution architects) and technical and development (including Power Platform developers, data engineers, AI engineers, and RPA developers). For consulting and functional roles, prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar ERP platforms is generally expected. For technical and development roles, strong programming skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Azure or Power Platform ecosystem are typically required. Tectura also considers strong candidates from adjacent fields who demonstrate the aptitude and drive to develop ERP expertise.
Tectura considers strong graduates, particularly those with degrees in business, information systems, or computer science, for analyst and junior consultant roles. Entry-level candidates who demonstrate a strong interest in enterprise technology and business transformation are encouraged to reach out even when no specific graduate openings are advertised.
