As a Senior ERP Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you will deliver professional ERP consulting services and support clients throughout their digital transformation journey. You will work closely with organizations to understand their business processes, analyze requirements, and design solutions that align with industry best practices.
You will lead and participate in Business Central implementation projects, covering business requirement analysis, solution design, system configuration, testing, user training, deployment, and post-implementation support. The role involves collaborating with technical teams to define functional specifications, manage system integrations, and ensure solutions meet client objectives.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing recommendations on improving business operations across finance, supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, and other key business areas. You will also assist with project planning, documentation, service estimates, and support pre-sales activities such as solution demonstrations and requirement assessments.
Working closely with Tectura’s local and regional consulting teams, you will help maintain high-quality project delivery standards, troubleshoot system issues, support continuous improvement initiatives, and stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, consulting, business analysis, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Experience delivering full-cycle ERP implementation projects, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and support.
• Solid understanding of business processes in finance, accounting, distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, or project operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, and management stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading consultants, managing project workstreams, or supporting project delivery is an advantage.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.
• Good command of English communication skills; additional regional languages are an advantage.
• Passionate, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
