As a Business Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to understand business objectives, analyze processes, and translate requirements into effective business solutions. You will help organizations identify opportunities for improvement and support successful digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft technologies.
You will participate in Dynamics 365 implementation projects by conducting requirement gathering sessions, documenting business processes, preparing functional specifications, supporting system configuration, and assisting with testing and deployment activities. The role involves bridging communication between business users and technical teams to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
You will analyze existing workflows, identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support the adoption of best practices across finance, operations, supply chain, customer engagement, and other business functions. You will also assist with user acceptance testing, training preparation, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Working closely with Tectura’s local and regional teams, you will contribute to delivering high-quality business solutions, helping clients maximize the value of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and achieve long-term operational success.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or other related disciplines
• Experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Consultant, Functional Consultant, or similar role supporting enterprise applications
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, or other ERP/CRM platforms is preferred
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, accounting, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, customer service, or operations
• Experience gathering business requirements, creating documentation, preparing functional specifications, and supporting system implementation projects
• Ability to communicate effectively with business users, consultants, developers, and management stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, presentation, and documentation skills
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Power BI, or Microsoft cloud technologies is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a project-based environment
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred
• Good command of English communication skills; additional regional languages are an advantage
• Proactive, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
