As a Power Platform Developer, you will design, develop, and implement business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements, streamline processes, and deliver scalable digital solutions that improve operational efficiency.
You will develop custom applications using Power Apps, build automated workflows with Power Automate, create business intelligence solutions with Power BI, and integrate solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise systems. The role involves designing user-friendly applications, configuring data models, managing connectors, and supporting system integrations.
You will collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and project stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support. You will also troubleshoot issues, optimize existing applications, and ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices and security standards.
Working with Tectura’s local and regional teams, you will contribute to delivering innovative solutions that help organizations automate processes, enhance decision-making, and accelerate digital transformation using the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, or other related disciplines
• Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Hands-on experience with Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, workflow automation, custom connectors, and data integrations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, especially Business Central or Finance & Operations, is an advantage
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, APIs, databases, and third-party applications
• Familiarity with Dataverse, SQL, data modeling, security roles, and application lifecycle management (ALM)
• Understanding of JavaScript, Power Fx, C#, .NET, or other programming languages is preferred
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to work with consultants, business users, and technical teams
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are preferred
• Passionate about technology, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
