Job Responsibilities

As a Data & AI Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement modern data solutions that enable organizations to transform data into actionable insights. You will work closely with clients and project teams to understand business requirements, build scalable data platforms, and deliver solutions that support analytics, automation, and AI-driven decision-making.

You will develop and manage data pipelines, integrations, data models, and analytics solutions using Microsoft Azure data services, Power BI, and other modern data technologies. The role involves working with structured and unstructured data, optimizing data workflows, ensuring data quality, and enabling secure access to reliable business information.

You will support the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions, including intelligent automation, predictive analytics, machine learning models, and generative AI capabilities using Microsoft AI technologies. You will collaborate with consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to integrate data and AI solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms.

Working together with Tectura’s local and regional teams, you will help organizations modernize their data landscape, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation through innovative Data and AI solutions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related disciplines

• Experience designing and developing data solutions using Microsoft Azure data technologies

• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, Data Lake, or related cloud data platforms

• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and data models using Microsoft Power BI

• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration

• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, including predictive analytics, natural language processing, or generative AI solutions

• Experience with Azure AI services, Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Copilot technologies, or AI integration is an advantage

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages used for data processing and analytics

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable data and AI solutions

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP systems, or enterprise business applications is preferred

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

• Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Data, or AI certifications are preferred

• Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
